This website has no payment or trading-registration form. It does not accept trading deposits, hold client assets or execute orders. Registration with a third-party trading platform can take place inside the app. Any decision to open, fund or use that account is separate from visiting this website or downloading the app.

Descriptions of features are not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, complete market coverage or a particular financial outcome.

3. Eligibility and access

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, its non-excludable rights and remedies are preserved. Applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protections are likewise not displaced by these terms.
